Terms & Conditions
These terms explain how TradeToWeb website builds and monthly care packages work.
Website builds
Website builds are charged as a one-off fee:
- Trade Website: £99, up to 3 pages, one consolidated round of reasonable pre-launch revisions.
- Trade Website Plus: £149, up to 5 pages, two consolidated rounds of reasonable pre-launch revisions.
- Trade Website Pro: £199, up to 8 pages, two consolidated rounds of reasonable pre-launch revisions.
Build prices do not include bespoke integrations, ecommerce, unlimited revisions or complex functionality. You supply the essential business information and any photographs used on your website.
Monthly care
A monthly care package is required for websites hosted and managed by TradeToWeb. You choose one package. Higher packages include the lower package and replace its price rather than being added to it.
- Essential Care: £25 per month.
- Search Visibility: £99 per month.
- Business Growth: individually quoted.
Essential Care includes regular content updates such as new photos, seasonal services, prices and contact details. Additional pages and redesigns are quoted in advance. Advertising budgets for Business Growth work are separate from our fees. We do not guarantee search rankings, traffic or enquiries.
Minimum term and cancellation
Monthly care starts with an initial three-month period. After that it continues on a rolling monthly basis and can be cancelled with 30 days' notice by email to contact@tradetoweb.com. The monthly care package is what keeps your website hosted and online, so your website will be taken offline when the notice period ends.
Domains, content and ownership
You keep ownership of your own business content and of any domain registered in your name. The managed website service covers hosting and technical maintenance. If you want to move your website elsewhere, we will explain the handover and migration options available for your website on request.
Upgrades
You can add pages or change monthly package at any time. Any additional cost is quoted before work starts.
